I always liked the stamp set that have beautiful images and great sentiments.  I have been overlooking the stamp set “Shaded Summer” until now.  With the Sale-a-Braton special: you can get “Summer Shadows Dies” for FREE with $100 order. I just noticed this awesome stamp set.  Now this is one of my favorite stamps.

Stampin Up’s kit usually contains all the supplies to make the cards/projects in the kit and a lot of extra supplies.  The card that I am showing you today is a quick and simple card that I made from some left over papers from ” Sweet Little Valentines Cards & More” kit.

Here are the measurements for the paper:

  • Basic White:
    • 4 x 5 1/4 (message)
    • 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 (scallop rectangle)
  • Basic Black:
    • 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
  • Sweet Little Valentines Cards & More:
    • 3 1/4 x 4 1/4

Here is how to make this super cute card:

  • Fold the Basic Black CS in half as card base.
  • Glue 4 x 5 1/4 Basic White CS inside the card for message writing.
  • Stamp the flowers in the center of the 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 Basic White CS with Black Ink
  • Use “Summer Shadows Dies” and ” Scalloped Contours Dies” to cut out flowers and large scalloped rectangle.
  • Stamp sentiment on the Sweet Little Valentines Cards & More paper.
  • Glue the Basic White CS and Sweet Little Valentines Cards & More paper on the card base.
  • Attach the black flowers on the card with pop dots.
  • Tie a bow with the ribbon and attach it to the card base.
