Paper Pumpkin: A Kit In Color

Stamp a sunset sky by using the kit’s die-cut clouds as a stencil! Place a die-cut cloud onto Whisper White Cardstock and trace the outline in pencil. Coat some Stamping Sponges with Bumble Bee, Magenta Madness, and Pumpkin Pie ink, then fill in the outline to create stamped clouds in every shade of sunset. Finally, add some vellum, a stamped sentiment label, and a few embellishments to finish your card!

Create a simple, colorful greeting card exclusively with supplies from this month’s kit! Here’s a tip:when stamping onto vellum, it’s a good idea to heat set with a heat tool to lock it in place.

What could be better than creating your own card? Making a bunch of mini cards and decorating a storage box to match! To replicate our design, cover the lid of a Mini Pizza Box with Bumble Bee Cardstock. Ink the “you’re amazing” sentiment stamp included in this month’s kit with Magenta Madness, and stamp onto Whisper White Cardstock. Cut a pointed-end label out of Bumble Bee Cardstock and adhere to a piece of vellum from the kit. Top with your sentiment label and adhere the complete layered stack onto the lid. Embellish the lid with the kit’s puffy stickers and baker’s twine, and your box is ready for cards!

To make the coordinating cards, cut your favorite card bases from the kit down to a 3” x 3” size. Then, use our Stitched Shapes Dies with Whisper White Cardstock to create a stitched-edge die cut for each card front. With Bumble Bee, Magenta Madness, Misty Moonlight, and Pumpkin Pie ink, stamp your choice of rainbows, sentiments, and other accents onto each die cut. Adhere the die cuts to their corresponding card fronts, and your layered cards are complete!

Here’s a tip: to achieve the look of light-colored ink, stamp your inked-up block once onto a scrap piece of paper before stamping it onto your project.
