3D: Magnolia Picture Frame

I like to make 3D projects, especially the items that are practical.  I found these metal displays at Michaels in March.  I have been thinking how to make something out of it and I finally did.  I like this kind of frame because, you can use it for more than a picture frame.  It’s not limited to the size of the pictures and you can even use it as a display board for a note, meal plan or calendar.

Here are the supplies and measurements for the project:

Frame:

• DIY Table Setting.  I found this at Michaels craft store.

• Stamp set/dies:  Good Morning Magnolia Bundle

• Ink: Memento Black Ink
• Stampin Blends Markers:
  • Dark Old Olive
  • Light Granny Apple Green
  • Dark Soft Suede
  • Dark Petal Pink
• Paper
  • Whisper White Card Stock: (2) 8 1/2 x  11
  • Garden Green: scraps to cut out two leaves.  One large and one small.
  • Daffodil Delight: scraps to cut out two flower centers.  One large and one small
  • Magnolia Lane DSP:
    • 6 3/8 x 1 1/2
    • 6 3/8 x 1/2
• Linen Thread: (2) 8″ thread
• Gold Faceted Gens

Magnets one-

• Stamp set/dies:  Good Morning Magnolia Bundle

• Whisper White Card Stock:  scarps for the flower
• Stampin Blends Markers:
  • Dark Old Olive
  • Light Granny Apple Green
  • Dark Petal Pink
• Round Magnet:  I used 1/2″ round magnet.

Magnets two-

• Stamp set/dies:
  • Beautiful You
  • Stitched Nested Labels

• Paper:
  • Whisper White Card Stock: 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 (to cut out the stitched nested label)
  • Basic Black Card Stock: 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 (to cut out the stitched nested label)
• Ink: Memento Black Ink
• Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack. There is one sheet in the pack has mini magnolia flowers and  I cut one little flower from the paper.  The flower size in the paper pack is smaller than the flowers on the Designer Series Paper.
