😊😊Happy Thursday😊😊

I have Facebook Live every Wednesday at 7:00pm central time.  My goal is to post the video, measurement and all the information about the Facebook Live on Thursday.

Are you like me cannot throw away paper?  I used to have a lot of 12 x 12 storage boxes to store scrap paper.  The box came with many different colors, so I sort them by the color categories.  Later, I found out that it is not easy to dig through my boxes to find the scrap paper that I needed.  Also, I never remember to look for the paper from my “SAVED” box.  So, I started to keep the scarp paper in its original pack.

Here are the benefits that I found to store the scarp paper in its original pack:

  • Solid color cardstock:
    • when you pull out the pack, you can see all the sizes of paper that is available.  You can just choose the size that’s suitable for the project.  You don’t need to cut 11 x 8 1/2 paper for 2 x 2 project.
    • I used a lot of left over strips for the sentiments.  Especially for the Basic White and Very Vanilla colors.
  • Designer Series Paper (DSP):
    • The package always has the colors that are used to design the paper, so you can find the coordinate color cardstock easy.
    • If you need more DSP for the project, you can easily find more in the same package.

Today’s project is to show you how to use the leftover Design Series Paper.  The stamp that I am using is “Seaside Bay”.

You can create perfect waterfront scenes with the Seaside Bay Bundle.   These stamps just remind me of the summer days.  I cannot wait for the warm days.  These stamps and dies are created to work together seamlessly to create images and build scenes that evoke the tranquil peace that only comes from being near the water. Stamp images have a lot of details.  You can even see the feather on the birds.  The dies not only cut out the stamp images, but also cut out the images of sand, seashells, water-loving birds, pearls, and more! Pair the images with one of three sentiments for heartfelt cards and gift tags everyone will love.

The SCRAP paper I am using is the “Bay the Bay” Designer Series Paper.

The water-inspired designs and natural hues are the perfect complement to any handmade card or paper crafting project.  The size of the paper is 6 x 6, and each pack has 48 sheets.  One side of the paper has the shining details.  It is much prettier in person.

Here are the pictures for other cards that I made with the scrap Designer Series Paper.
