Card Caddy – Crane of Fortune

I always have mixed feeling when there is a new catalog that comes out.  I am so excited to see what’s new from the new book, but also sad some of the stamps and supplies will not available anymore.

The project that I am going to show you today features a Crane of Fortune bundle. These stamped images, including an elegant crane and dual chrysanthemum blossoms, offer amazing texture and depth for a stunning focal point. Use them together or alone, then add some of the included accent stamps to create a graceful panorama. This set is perfectly suited for cardmaking, with sentiments you can use anytime you want to send out your love and well-wishes.

I also used the Symbols of Fortune Designer Series Paper for the project.  This paper has soft, soothing colors and patterns on one side of the paper and the lovely gray tones with pops of gold foil on the reverse. This unexpected mix of tone on tone, soothing color, and gold elegance makes this paper an amazing value.

    • (2) 4 1/2 x 7 1/2 (scored at 1/2, & 1 1/2 from 3 sides)
