Card: Bloom by Bloom Happy Birthday

Today I want to share with you a Z-Fold card made with the new Bloom By Bloom stamp set in Occasion Catalog. I like these fun looking flowers that remind me of the Pop Culture Art. I also like the colors used in Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper that coordinate with this stamp set. These colors make me fell so happy. How about you??!!

When you lay the card down, the card is flat and it just looks like an average card. But when you make the card stand up, you can see the 3D dimension.

Here is the measurement for the paper:

Night of Navy – 4 1/4 x 11 (cut 8 1/2 x 11 paper in half in the short way)
Call Me Clover- 2 x 11
Whisper White- 5 1/4 x 4; 5 1/4 x 1 3/4; scrap for the flowers
Happiness Blooms DSP- 2 1/2 x 2 1/8

Here is how:

Scored Night of Navy and Call Me Clover in 2 3/4 and 5 1/2. Fold in the scored lines.

Glue the Whisper White paper (5 1/4 x 4) on the Night of Navy paper.

Glue the Whisper White paper (5 1/4 x 1 3/4) on Call Me Clover paper.

Glue the Night of Navy and Call Me Clover paper together. On the left side: the short side in Night of Navy paper glue with the long side of Call Me Clover paper. On the right side: glue the Call Me Clover short side to the Night of Navy (with white) long side.

Glue the Happiness Blooms DSP on the short Night of Navy side
Stamp the flower on Whisper White paper. I stamped one flower attached to the stem and addition flower and cut them around the edges.

I also cut a small strip of paper to glue in the back of the flower stem so the flower will be straight when the card stand up. I used a different color strip so you see it better in the picture below.

I attached an additional flower from the back of the whole flower with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then I put some Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots in the center of the flowers.
